Leucadia x Salty Crew 7” Bunka Knife

Salty Crew is proud to collaborate with Leuadia Blade Co on this limited edition Bunka knife. As the name implies, the Bunka is inspired by the popular all purpose blade originating from Japan. A blade design that's versatile & functional for many tasks.

Bunka features a thin, hard, high-performance black cerakote 7" blade with custom engraved "Cut Above the Rest" tuna art on port and Salty Crew Alpha Flag logo on starboard. Leucadia's Bunka design utilizes a full-tang interpretation of the classic "Wa" handle with simple, straight lines and a slight taper from back to front. The black cerakote 7" steel blade is crafted from AEB-L Swedish stainless cryogenic heat-treated to 61 Rockwell hardness. Blade is machine-ground & coated with Cerakote to provide extreme corrosion resistance.

Leucadia Blade Co. began in 2016 as a father & son project in their garage in Encinitas, CA. Scott is a local high school history teacher of 27 years and son Anthony is a graduate of UCSD. Each knife is meticulously crafted by Scott and Anthony, still today out of their garage in Encinitas, CA.
