Return Policy

2025 HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY:
Orders placed from 1/11/25 are eligible for return under the below conditions until the 31/1/26. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team.

When you purchase goods from us, the purchase will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”). The ACL gives you certain rights that cannot be excluded such as that the goods are of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose and are in accordance with any applicable description.

 

Change of mind returns (other than defective products)


We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you change your mind about your purchase or your items do not fit, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges, but we provide refunds for online orders, subject to the following terms:
  • You may return your order for a refund within 4 weeks of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and tags attached. The item must also be in a sellable condition. If these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued in full.
  • A restocking fee of $9.95 will apply to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of shipping and processing the return and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns are not available for any free, promotional, or SALE items unless they are defective. If a free, promotional, or SALE item is deemed faulty, we will offer a suitable replacement.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if stickers or labels are directly affixed to the product packaging. We cannot accept returns if the packaging is damaged or soiled. A deduction of 30% or more from the refund will be applied for returns received in non-sellable condition.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

Defective products

Defective Products can be returned to us within a reasonable timeframe subject to providing us with proof of purchase or alternatively where we have details of your purchase in our records. We will provide a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

International Returns

We are unable to facilitate exchanges for international orders, so we suggest returning the item for a refund and re-purchasing the correct item.
Please note, all international return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked method to ensure safe arrival. Once we have received the item/s back to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
